MIA due to injury, illness and research
Coming back strong soon
I want to write a note to let you know I haven’t forgotten to write you about the enormous amount of relationship, life and health lessons I’ve learned that have actually cured major mental and physical problems both Mochi and I triumphed over. However, I’ve been injured and sick hence the radio silence.
It took me out of commission since mid October 2023 for 7 consecutive weeks
I’ve been coping with:
pulling my left calf (about a week or two),
followed by injuring my right hip from prolonged sitting at work without any foot support which took me out two weeks, then
getting a cold (lasted two weeks),
re-injured my right hip again with even worse pain than the first time (got heart palpitations from the excruciating pain) but with faster recovery out on my back for one week, then again
caught cold-like symptoms lasting one week.
All back-to-back weeks of injuries and illness over the course of 7 weeks.
I still have prolonged coughs from being sick the second time and am learning to use a nebulizer to try to end the coughs once and for all. But I suspect the cause is a mold/fungi issue inside the heating vents at my apartment building.
Because of these significant speed bumps, it slowed down my writing and my ozone therapy research for Mochi’s organs. I am greatly relieved that:
Consecutive weeks of major setbacks in health and productivity did not trigger depression
…like it did earlier this year. This tells me my coping mechanisms learned from my mental therapy sessions and the natural herbs I discovered to keep chemical balances work.
I am wrapping up my ozone generator research now to heal Mochi’s kidneys, pancreas (which now have chronic changes to their shape as shown through recent ultrasound imaging because of my overfeeding him sardines last Spring).
I have to solve the above problems through research, planning, establishing systems and performing actual trials before I can share anything meaningful you might find beneficial.
I am getting close though.
More to come. In the meantime, sending good vibes and the best of all things your way.
